A pathway built for girls.
Our Vision
We envision a future where girls in our community have access to quality football development, safe sporting environments, education and meaningful pathways within football and beyond.
Our ambition is to develop Sporting Pearls Féminin into a sustainable programme capable of supporting players from grassroots participation through increasingly competitive levels of women's football.
Our Mission
Sporting Pearls Féminin exists to develop talented female footballers, increase girls' participation, build confidence and leadership, promote education and life skills, create safe and inclusive environments, provide pathways into higher levels of football, develop future female coaches, referees, administrators and leaders, and use football as a vehicle for positive community development.

Growth is a transformation.
The butterfly represents growth, transformation, confidence and emergence. It is the perfect emblem for what this programme stands for.
A young girl entering Sporting Pearls may begin with uncertainty. Through training, mentorship, teamwork and opportunity, she can gradually develop into a confident footballer and young woman. The butterfly represents the journey — not perfection, but continuous transformation.

Our Safeguarding Framework
Our safeguarding framework applies throughout training, matches, travel, communication, photography, social media and all other academy activities. Every coach and volunteer is vetted, trained and accountable to the academy's Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.
